<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze how the implementation of the LandReform Object Land Redistribution Program in the Context of Agrarian Renewal in Bangka Regency. The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of the land redistribution policy for landreform objects in the context of agrarian renewal in Bangka Regency has not been fully implemented optimally. The Land Redistribution Program is not all carried out in accordance with applicable policies. There are still people who participated in the land redistribution program that were not issued certificates, communities who did not participate in the program were issued land certificates, the results of the certificate area were not appropriate at the time of measurement and falsification of land border conflicts that had not been resolved. this is what makes the land redistribution program not on target. The author's recommendation is to evaluate the land redistribution program. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Bagaimana Implementasi Program Redistribusi Tanah Obyek Landreform Dalam Rangka Pembaharuan Agraria di Kabupaten Bangka. Metode Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi kebijakan redistribusi tanah obyek landreform dalam rangka pembaharuan agraria di Kabupaten Bangka belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan optimal. Program Redistribusi Tanah tidak semua terlaksana sesuai dengan kebijakan yang berlaku. Masih adanya masyarakat yang ikut program redistribusi tanah tidak diterbitkan sertifikat, masyarakat yang tidak ikut program diterbitkan sertifikat tanah, hasil luas sertifikat tidak sesuai pada saat pengukuran dan pemasalahan konflik perbatasan tanah yang belum diselesaikan. hal ini yang menjadikan program redistribusi tanah tidak tepat sasaran. Rekomendasi penulis yakni mengevaluasi program redistribusi tanah.]]>
