<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stress kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada Driver X Xpress. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120, sedangkan sampel yang diambil memiliki kriteria yaitu merupakan seorang driver shopree xpress hub Surabaya berjumlah 90 orang sebagai subjek pengambilan data penelitian. Untuk uji coba tryout diambil berjumlah 30 orang Driver X Xpress hub Surabata. Hasil analisa penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan Antara stress kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada Driver X Xpress. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 (p<0,005) yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara stress kerja denga produktivitas kerja. Hasil koefisien korelasi menunjukkan- 0,391 yang artinya korelasi tersebut dalam katergori rendah. Ketika driver mengalami stress kerja yang tinggi maka akan menurun pula produktivitas kerjanya. Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and work productivity in X xpress drivers. This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and work the population in this study amounted to 120, while the sample taken had the criteria of being a X Xpress hub Surabaya driver with a total of 90 people as the subject of research data collection. For the tryout trial, 30 X Xpress hub Surabaya drivers were taken. The results of this research analysis are that there is a relationship between work stress and work productivity in X xpress drivers. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.002 (p <0.05), which means that there is a relationship between work stress and work productivity. the results of the correlation coefficient show -0.391, which means that the correlation is in the low category.
