Women have emerged as the key contributors in tourism development, as they engage willingly and take part in every activity conducted in the traditional villages of Takpala and Monbang. This study aimed to assess the extent of women's involvement, the elements that promote and hinder their participation, and initiatives to enhance women's engagement in the cultural tourism development of the traditional villages of Takpala and Monbang. This research utilizes both primary and secondary data, employing methods of data collection such as observation, detailed interviews, and documentation. This research employs qualitative descriptive data analysis, and involving 10 key informants.
