<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of Aqidah Akhlak teachers’ personality competence in instilling moral values (akhlakul karimah) among students in the era of Society 5.0 at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of Aqidah Akhlak teachers, the head of the madrasah, and students, while the object of the study focused on teachers’ personality competence and its role in character building. The findings reveal that teachers’ personality competence plays a crucial role in shaping students’ moral character through exemplary behavior, humanistic communication, and the internalization of Islamic values. In addition, Aqidah Akhlak teachers act as moral guides in the use of digital technology, directing students to utilize technology wisely and responsibly in the Society 5.0 era. This study concludes that teachers’ personality competence is a fundamental element in fostering akhlakul karimah and developing students who are morally upright, faithful, and adaptable to technological and social changes.]]>
