Abstract

Abstrak: Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kapasitas produksi, efisiensi kerja, dan kualitas produk pada UKM Bersaudara di Kelurahan Paupire, Kecamatan Ende Tengah, Kabupaten Ende. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan keberdayaan UKM melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan strategi pemasaran digital agar usaha menjadi lebih produktif dan berdaya saing. Kegiatan melibatkan lima (5) anggota UKM Bersaudara yang mengelola usaha keripik pare. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan observasi langsung dan wawancara terstruktur untuk menilai peningkatan kapasitas, efisiensi, dan konsistensi produksi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek hardskill dan softskill mitra. Kapasitas produksi meningkat ±100% (dari 10 kg menjadi 20 kg/hari), efisiensi waktu meningkat dua kali lipat (dari 1,67 kg/jam menjadi 3,33 kg/jam), dan kualitas produk meningkat 100% (skor dari 2 menjadi 4). Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, profesionalitas, serta nilai ekonomis usaha berbasis inovasi teknologi dan pemasaran digital.Abstract: This Community Service Programme (PKM) was motivated by the low production capacity,work efficiency, and product quality of the Bersaudara SME in Paupire Village,Ende Tengah Subdistrict, Ende Regency. The objective of this activity was to increasethe empowerment of SMEs through the application of appropriate technology and digital marketing strategiesso that the business would become more productive and competitive. The activity involved five (5) members of the Bersaudara SME who manage a bitter melon chip business.The implementation method consisted of three stages, namely preparation, training, andevaluation. The evaluation was conducted using direct observation and structured interviewsto assess improvements in capacity, efficiency, and consistency ofproduction. The results showed a significant increase in the partners' hard skills and soft skills. Production capacity increased by ±100% (from 10 kg to 20kg/day), time efficiency doubled (from 1.67 kg/hour to3.33 kg/hour), and product quality increased by 100% (score from 2 to 4). This programme has proven to be effective in increasing productivity, professionalism,and the economic value of businesses based on technological innovation and digital marketing.
