Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of electronic word of mouth on social media, as well as the impact of tourist attractions in the traditional hamlet of Bena on visitor decision-making. The descriptive and quantitative research methods were applied. The sampling method utilized is purposive sampling, with the informants being visitors who have visited Bena's traditional village. The findings revealed that social media and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) in tourism destinations influenced tourists' decisions to visit Bena's traditional village. The findings of this study suggest that pleasant experiences of visiting the Bena Traditional Village, which are shared on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, have a significant impact on the number of visitors to these attractions by social media users.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengabdian Masyarakat pada Desa Tanjung, Kabupaten Ende dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2019. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 pengrajin tenun ikat Motif Ende dengan melakukan analisis terhadap kondisi hasil tenun ikat masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini membantu pengrajin dalam menemukan inovasi produksi tenun ikat. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Data dianalisis menggunakan SWOT (Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang dan Ancaman). Hasil Analisis data menunjukan bahwa pengrajin tenun ikat di Desa Tanjung memiliki kekuatan keunikan motif tenun ikat, lokasi strategis, dan kesamaan profesi menenun masyarakat, dengan indentifikasi kelemahan Motivasi masyarakat desa kurang, keterampilan menenun belum cukup, masih rendahnya inovasi dan diversifikasi produk tenun ikat, kualitas kain rendah, teknologi tradisional dan ancamannya persaingan diantara pangrajin, kelangkaan bahan baku, harga bahan baku yang relatif mahal, adanya kain tenun impor/datang dari luar daerah serta peluang dukungan pemerintah daerah (bantuan alat produksi), adanya pameran tenun ikat, perlindungan hak paten, produk tenun ikat yang sudah dikenal masyarakat, tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat (tradisi) yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pengrajin. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah strategi untuk meningkatkan inovasi produk, strategi investasi dengan meningkatkan kualitas peralatan produkasi dan ketersediaan bahan baku serta peningkatan kreatifitas pengrajin dan strategi bisnis dengan membentuk kelompok dan kerjasama pengrajin di wilayah internal dan eksternal.Kata Kunci: SWOT, Pengembangan, Tenun Ikat, Motif EndeAbstract. Community Service at Tanjung Village, Ende Regency, was held in August 2019. This service involved 32 Ende's ikat weaving artisans by analyzing the condition of the community ikat weaving results. The purpose of this service is to help artisans find innovative ikat weaving production. The research method uses interview techniques, observation, questionnaires, and documentation of activities. Data were analyzed using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). The data analysis results show that the ikat weaving artisan in Tanjung Village has the unique strength of the ikat weaving motif, strategic location, and the weaving profession's similarity to the community identification of weaknesses. Lack of community motivation, insufficient weaving skills, low innovation and diversification of ikat products, low-quality fabric, traditional technology and the threat of competition among the craftsmen, scarcity of raw materials, relatively expensive raw material prices, imported woven fabrics/coming from outside regions and opportunities for local government support (aid of production equipment). The presence of ikat weaving, patent protection, ikat products that are well known to the community, the high needs of the community (tradition) artisans can utilize that. The strategy that can be done is to improve product innovation and investment strategies by increasing the quality of production equipment and the availability of raw materials and expanding the creativity of artisans and business strategies by forming groups and cooperating artisans in the internal and external regions.Keywords: SWOT, Development, Ikat Weaving, Ende Pattern

Abstract

This research is the result of a food traveler review on the Tripadvisor website from 2014 to 2020. The review was conducted at Sari Rasa Ende Regency, with 154 reviewers. The research method was carried out with Descriptive Statistics with SPSS 20 Analysis Tool. The results showed that the current condition of Sari Rasa Restaurant has become an icon for food travelers and tourists specifically to enjoy local food menus with distinctive flavors, the thing that needs to be maintained is hospitality services, including good communication and the authenticity of the local food menu, on the other hand need to be improved in the quality of taste that is tailored to the characteristics of tourists, the portion of food offered must also be adjusted to the pattern of visitor consumption, as well as the quality and atmosphere of the room and facilities that need to be improved.

Abstract

As times change, consumption behavior is entering a new phase, especially in the technological era. It's hard to guess what products or services are in demand. Even consumption models or styles change, making things more difficult. Of course this impact, already felt. The number of closed shops, malls, supermarkets is evidence that the digital era provides a space for consumer democracy. Then there is only one way, namely marketing reform. This research was conducted to identify and analyze consumption behavior in the digital age, in order to increase sales. Of course, the immediate expected effect is to be able to make new marketing policies as a logic to thinking. A qualitative approach was chosen to describe the purchase behavior in real terms. By asking a few random questions to respondents about online retail purchases. Approximately 100 respondents were selected through certain criteria to see the symptoms. The results show that consumers in this era are ready with an online purchasing model. The basic reason is convenience. The convenience referred to relates to marketing attributes such as being able to be done anywhere, saving time and money, lower prices, flexible payment methods, and more friendly service

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak relokasi pedagang di Kawasan Wisata Taman Nasional Kelimutu, termasuk dampak pandemi Covid 19 terhadap pendapatan dan efisiensi pedagang. Variabel bebas meliputi modal, lama usaha, jam kerja dan relokasi. variabel terikatnya adalah efisiensi usaha dengan variabel mediasi pendapatan. Lokasi penelitian akan dilakukan di Kawasan Taman Nasional Kelimutu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (semua pedagang dijadikan sampel) 30 orang. Data diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, angket dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 2.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh 17 persen antara modal usaha, lama usaha (0,6 persen), jam kerja 46 persen, dan relokasi 25 persen terhadap pendapatan, sedangkan pendapatan 76 persen terhadap efisiensi usaha, dengan penyesuaian Nilai R Square sebesar 82 persen. berpengaruh pada pendapatan dan 57 persen pada efisiensi usaha.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diadakan pemberdayaan kepada pengrajin perempuan tenun ikat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga pada masa pandemi covid 19 di desa potunggo kabupaten ende. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus tunggal. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengrajin tenun ikat di Desa Potunggo, Kabupaten Ende berjumlah 35 orang dimana semuanya adalah perempuan. Bentuk program pemberdayaan ini dengan pemberian bantuan modal usaha bagi kelompok pengrajin tenun ikat selama pandemi covid 19, pelatihan bagi Pengrajin tenun ikat sehingga memiliki potensi yakni dalam hal ketrampilan atau pengetahuan, dan modal produksi yang meliputi kesediaan bahan baku maupun tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adaptability IKM umumnya adalah sedang (3,122-3,593) kemampuan industri kecil dalam adaptability usaha masih perlu ditingkatkan baik dalam melayani kebutuhan pelanggan, mengetahui strategi dari para pesaing maupun mengetahui informasi atau trend pasar yang diminati oleh para pelanggannya.

Abstract

Bananas are one of the local potentials that have not been utilized optimally by housewives in Potu District. The participants in this community service activity are housewives. Housewives were chosen as the object in this activity, because housewives have a very large role in household life. Housewives are required to help increase family income, and one way is to create innovations that have economic value. Bananas are one of the staple foods that are easy to obtain in Potu sub- district, almost all of the people have land and grow bananas. Bananas, which until now have only been boiled and fried, can be turned into valuable products, one of which is making nuggets using banana as the basic ingredient. Banana nuggets can then be sold around existing complexes or kiosks, thereby increasing income.

Abstract

Local potential is the natural, cultural, and natural resources of a region.  Emburia Village, Ende Sub-District, Ende Regency is one of the villages that is the largest producer of candlenuts in Ende Regency, but this large candlenut potential has not been maximally utilized for the economic income of the community. The candlenuts produced are only sold to traders in Ende city. Therefore, this community service activity is deemed important to be carried out in Emburia village with the target participants being PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) women. Community service activities go through several stages including the preparation stage, preparation and implementation stage until the finished product with the brand name MIKERIA (Emburia hazelnut oil). This activity is expected to provide understanding to participants in improving the creative economy through training and utilization of digital marketing in marketing products, namely hazelnut oil

Abstract

This community service aims to empower housewives in Ende Tengah Sub-district, Ende Regency, through training in processing starfruit into innovative snack products. This activity was carried out as an effort to increase the economic value of local fruits and community productivity. The method used was training and demonstration of making starfruit processed products. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in processing starfruit into economically valuable products.
