This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work enthusiasm simultaneously and partially on the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers and to determine and analyze the variables that have a dominant influence on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pendidikan Agama Islam teachers at SD Negeri Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The research design used is associative, which aims to test the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The population of the study was PAI teachers at SDN Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency who were civil servants, had a minimum educational qualification of Bachelor's degree and had a teacher certificate totaling 122 people. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling intended to obtain the same proportion from each school. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, a sample size of 93 people was obtained. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work enthusiasm have a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pendidikan Agama Islam I teachers at SD Negeri Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, partially organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work enthusiasm have a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pendidikan Agama Islam teachers at SD Negeri Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency and the organizational commitment variable has a dominant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pendidikan Agama Islam teachers at SD Negeri Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency.
