The public welfare is a measure of success in terms of their ability to meet their basic needs. The Syamsinar Batik Gallery located in Gondang is an art and culture center that promotes the beauty of traditional Indonesian batik. Batik making workshops can not only improve the welfare of the community but also preserve batik which is a cultural heritage that has been recognized by UNESCO. The purpose of this study is to find out the contribution of the Syamsinar Batik Gallery as an effort to improve the welfare of the community in Ngrendeng Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency. This study activity uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through data collection techniques with interviews and observation of sources as primary data and internet sources as secondary data. The results of the study found that the Syamsinar Batik Gallery contributes to improving community welfare by opening up job opportunities and developing skills for the future.
