Learning evaluation is a fundamental component in determining the achievement of instructional objectives and ensuring the quality of teaching practices. In vocational secondary education, systematic evaluation procedures are required to align assessment with competency-based curriculum standards. This study aims to describe the implementation of Indonesian language learning evaluation at SMK Pratiwi. A descriptive research design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to six Indonesian language teachers and analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques supported by percentage calculations to portray implementation patterns. The findings reveal that teachers have generally conducted evaluation procedures covering planning, implementation, monitoring, data processing, and reporting stages. Evaluation planning was categorized as very good, while implementation and reporting were considered adequate. However, monitoring practices during evaluation implementation were relatively weak and require improvement. Data processing activities showed a strong level of compliance with procedural standards. Overall, the evaluation process has been implemented in accordance with established guidelines, although strengthening monitoring and feedback mechanisms is necessary to optimize instructional improvement. ABSTRAKEvaluasi pembelajaran merupakan komponen esensial dalam menentukan ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran serta menjamin mutu proses pendidikan. Pada jenjang sekolah menengah kejuruan, evaluasi perlu dilaksanakan secara sistematis agar selaras dengan tuntutan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Pratiwi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui angket yang diberikan kepada enam guru Bahasa Indonesia, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan dukungan perhitungan persentase untuk menggambarkan pola implementasi evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melaksanakan prosedur evaluasi yang mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, pengolahan data, dan pelaporan. Perencanaan evaluasi berada pada kategori sangat baik, sedangkan pelaksanaan dan pelaporan termasuk kategori cukup. Aspek monitoring masih relatif rendah dan memerlukan penguatan. Sementara itu, pengolahan data hasil evaluasi telah dilakukan secara optimal. Secara umum, pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran telah mengikuti prosedur yang ditetapkan, namun perlu peningkatan pada aspek monitoring dan pemanfaatan hasil evaluasi sebagai dasar perbaikan pembelajaran.
