Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed it from a theoretical concept into a transformative force that is reshaping industry and business behavior. Its evolution—from automating backend tasks to directly interacting with customers—has marked a paradigm shift, with the integration of AI into livestreams emerging as a strategic innovation in modern marketing. This study aims to analyze the use of AI as a host in live broadcasting, focusing on cost efficiency and early adoption feasibility. Using a cost-benefit analysis approach and comparative cost analysis, this study compares the cost of implementing AI to that of human hosts and evaluates the level of user acceptance of this technology. The results indicate that employing AI as a livestream host not only offers significant cost efficiencies but is also positively received as a viable alternative in specific contexts. The implications of this study provide strategic insights for businesses considering the integration of AI into their marketing channels, emphasizing that this innovation is not merely a trend but a strategic transformation that requires critical adoption. These findings can inform technology investment decisions and digital marketing strategic planning.
