Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Desa Lero. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) untuk memetakan posisi strategis BUMDes Lero. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM melalui pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, pendampingan, serta membangun sistem manajemen yang profesional berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja BUMDes. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan berupa dukungan pemerintah desa dan potensi ekonomi kreatif lokal, kelemahan berupa keterbatasan manajemen dan literasi digital, peluang berupa tren ekonomi kreatif dan dukungan regulasi, serta ancaman berupa persaingan usaha dan ketergantungan pada bantuan eksternal. Strategi utama yang dihasilkan adalah peningkatan kapasitas SDM melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, digitalisasi pemasaran, pendampingan professional dan penguatan jejaring kemitraan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pengelolaan BUMDes berbasis ekonomi kreatif di tingkat desa untuk mendorong pembangunan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Sumber Daya Manusia, BUMDes, Ekonomi KreatifABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the strategy for developing human resource capacity in the management of a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) based on the creative economy in Lero Village. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to map the strategic position of BUMDes Lero. The results show that human resource development through entrepreneurship training, product innovation workshops, and managerial mentoring plays a significant role in improving BUMDes performance. The SWOT analysis identified strengths in the form of village government support and local creative economy potential, weaknesses in the form of limited management and digital literacy, opportunities in the form of creative economy trends and regulatory support, and threats in the form of business competition and dependence on external assistance. The main strategies produced are increasing human resource capacity through continuous training, marketing digitalization, and strengthening partnership networks. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the management of BUMDes based on the creative economy at the village level to encourage sustainable local economic development.Keywords: Development, Human Resources, BUMDes, Creative Economy
