Abstract

This study aims to analyze the managerial ability of school principals in enhancing teacher productivity at TK PAUD Terpadu Pontianak. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The participants consist of 10 individuals: one principal (female, 59 years old, bachelor"™s degree), one vice principal (female, 40 years old, bachelor"™s degree), one administrative staff member (female, 27 years old, bachelor"™s degree), six teachers (male and female, aged 30"“45 years, bachelor"™s degree), and one school committee member (female, 40 years old, bachelor"™s degree). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the principal plays a strategic role in planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating teacher performance Keywords: School Principal, Educational Management, Teacher Productivity Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru di TK PAUD Terpadu Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 10 orang, yaitu 1 kepala sekolah (perempuan, usia 59 tahun, pendidikan S1), 1 wakil kepala sekolah (perempuan, usia 40 tahun, pendidikan S1), 1 tenaga administrasi (perempuan, usia 27 tahun, pendidikan S1), 6 guru (laki-laki dan perempuan, usia 30-45 tahun, pendidikan S1), dan 1 anggota komite sekolah (perempuan, usia 40 tahun, pendidikan S1). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memainkan peran strategis dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi terhadap kerja guru. Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Manajemen Pendidikan, Produktivitas Guru.
