Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia merupakan wilayah rawan gempa bumi, termasuk wilayah Kalianda di Provinsi Lampung yang berada di zona megathrust. Ancaman ini menuntut kesiapsiagaan, terutama bagi siswa sebagai kelompok yang rentan terhadap dampak bencana. Kurangnya pemahaman dan kesiapan menghadapi situasi darurat menjadikan siswa lebih beresiko mengalami dampak buruk saat bencana terjadi. Resiliensi sebagai kemampuan individu menghadapi tekanan dan beradaptasi dalam situasi darurat menjadi faktor penting dalam kesiapsiagaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi serta kesiapsiagaan menghadapi gempa bumi megathrust pada siswa di Kalianda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain korelasional. Sampel sebanyak 341 siswa dipilih memakai teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini memakai skala kesiapsiagaandan skala resiliensi. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini memakai uji korelasi pearson product moment melalui bantuan software JASP. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukannya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara resiliensi dan kesiapsiagaan. Maknanya semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensi, semakin tinggi pula kesiapsiagaan siswa. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya mitigasi bencana di sekolah perlu memperkuat aspek psikologis siswa, tidak hanya melalui edukasi dan simulasi, tetapi juga melalui kegiatan yang menumbuhkan daya lenting dalam menghadapi bencana. Kata Kunci: Kesiapsiagaan, Resiliensi, Megathrust, Siswa. AbstractIndonesia is an earthquake-prone area, including the Kalianda area in Lampung Province which is located in the megathrust zone. This threat requires preparedness, especially for students as a group that is vulnerable to the impacts of disasters. Lack of understanding and preparedness to face emergency situations makes students more at risk of experiencing adverse effects when a disaster occurs. Resilience as an individual's ability to deal with pressure and adapt in emergency situations is an important factor in preparedness. This study is useful for determining the relationship between resilience and preparedness for megathrust earthquakes in students in Kalianda. This study uses a quantitative approach through a correlational design. A sample of 341 students was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used a preparedness scale α = 0.940 and a resilience scale α = 0.948. The data analysis method in this study used the Pearson product moment correlation test through the assistance of JASP software. The results of the study showed a positive and significant relationship between resilience and preparedness with a value of r = 0.673; p 0.001. meaning the higher the level of resilience, the higher the students' preparedness. These results indicate that disaster mitigation efforts in schools need to strengthen the psychological aspects of students, not only through education and simulations, but also through activities that foster resilience in facing disasters. Keywords: Preparedness, Resilience, Megathrust, Students
