The use of electronic cigarettes among adolescents is increasing and poses respiratory health risks. This community service activity aimed to improve the understanding of vocational school students regarding the dangers of vaping through health education and pre–post knowledge assessments. The activity involved 30 male students aged 15–19 years who were active vape users. The method consisted of lectures, discussions, and visual demonstrations of lung damage. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ knowledge after the intervention. This activity highlights the importance of school-based education in preventing vaping behavior among adolescents.
