ABSTRAK Pengembangan eduwisata berbasis tanaman herbal memiliki potensi strategis dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekaligus melestarikan kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Landasan Ulin Utara (LAURA), Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan dengan mitra Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sri Rejeki yang berfokus pada budidaya sayur mayur dan tanaman herbal. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memperkuat tata kelola eduwisata melalui pendampingan manajemen, pengelolaan keuangan digital, peningkatan fasilitas berbasis teknologi, serta penambahan koleksi tanaman khas Kalimantan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan terbentuknya struktur organisasi pengelola, sistem pembukuan berbasis digital, inovasi produk herbal melalui teknologi (slow juicer, mesin cup sealer, portable booth), serta penyusunan katalog wisata. Program ini juga menghasilkan peningkatan kapasitas manajerial anggota KWT dan memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha eduwisata Laura. Kesimpulannya, penguatan aspek manajemen dan fasilitas pendukung mampu meningkatkan daya saing eduwisata berbasis herbal sehingga berpotensi berkembang dari skala lokal menuju nasional. ABSTRACT The development of herbal-based educational tourism holds strategic potential in enhancing community welfare while preserving local wisdom. This program was carried out in Landasan Ulin Utara (LAURA) Subdistrict, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, in collaboration with the Sri Rejeki Women Farmers’ Group (KWT), which focuses on horticulture and herbal cultivation. The main objective was to strengthen the management of educational tourism through managerial assistance, the implementation of digital financial systems, the improvement of technology-based facilities, and the enrichment of herbal plant collections native to Kalimantan. The methods applied included socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results showed the establishment of an organizational structure for tourism management, the adoption of a digital bookkeeping system, the introduction of herbal product innovations supported by technology (slow juicer, cup sealer machine, portable booth), and the preparation of a tourism catalog. The program also enhanced the managerial capacity of KWT members and reinforced the sustainability of Eduwisata Laura. In conclusion, strengthening management aspects and supporting facilities has proven to increase the competitiveness of herbal-based educational tourism, with the potential to expand from the local to the national level.
