The quality of internet network services in bandwidth management at PT. Muaratoyu Subur Lestari has not been implemented optimally and evenly, necessitating an effective solution to address these issues. This study aims to improve the quality of network services and ensure equitable prioritization of network usage. Therefore, bandwidth management using the Queue Tree method with the Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) on the Mikrotik RB750Gr3 is required. After implementing the HTB method, Quality of Service (QoS) measurements were conducted using parameters such as bandwidth, throughput, delay, and packet loss. The results of bandwidth management with the HTB method showed an increase in throughput of 0.40% for cnn.com, 0.45% for instagram.com, while youtube.com experienced a decrease of 168%, likely caused by user overload. For the packet loss parameter, there was a reduction of 11,81% for cnn.com, 12,25% for instagram.com, and 12,68% for youtube.com. Regarding the delay parameter, a reduction was observed from 172.4 ms to 60.8 ms for cnn.com, from 154.8 ms to 61.4 ms for instagram.com, and from 196.2 ms to 64.6 ms for youtube.com. The final index score after bandwidth management using the HTB method increased from 2.3 to 3. These findings were further supported by a user satisfaction survey on the quality of internet network services conducted after the implementation of bandwidth management. The results indicated that users perceived a significant improvement in the quality of internet network services compared to previous conditions.
