This study aims to determine how much influence the Omasuka program on handling stunting has on maternal knowledge in Duri Barat Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This study uses an ex post facto research type, namely research that does not provide treatment or manipulation of research variables, but rather focuses on the analysis of data and information that has occurred naturally. The sample of this study was 50 mothers who live in Duri Barat Village. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires related to the research problem. Data analysis techniques were carried out by instrument trials (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests), linearity tests and simple regression analysis. In this study, hypothesis testing was carried out partially (t-test) to test how much influence each independent variable (free variable) has on the dependent variable (bound variable) separately or partially. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Omasuka Program on Maternal Knowledge in Duri Barat Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This is proven by the results of t count > t table (12.474 > 2.010), with a significance level value (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the Omasuka program on handling stunting has a positive and significant effect on maternal knowledge in Duri Barat Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency.
