This research aims to find out how the business development strategy of BUMNag Gastra Nagari Gadut is viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. The type of research the author uses is field research and uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The stages carried out are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of research conducted in the field can be concluded that BUMNag Gastra has a strategy to develop its business by optimizing existing income by creating business innovation and creativity and diligently evaluating performance periodically so that it is beneficial for the welfare of the community and in the future its business units have good development.
