<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Envelope Puzzle method on students’ descriptive writing skills. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of the one-group pretest-posttest type. The sample consisted of 31 students. The instrument used was a descriptive writing test administered before and after the implementation of the Envelope Puzzle method.The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a t-test. The analysis results showed that the students' average pretest score was 55.64, which increased to 91.68 in the posttest. Additionally, the t-test results showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores.Thus, it can be concluded that the Envelope Puzzle method is effective in improving students’ descriptive writing skills.
