This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the Team Quiz learning model on the learning motivation of class V students in IPAS lessons at SD Negeri 106161 Laut Dendang. Thesis, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Medan, 2025. This research is an experimental research with a quasiexperimental method. The data collection tool is a learning motivation questionnaire with 15 statements, involving 2 classes: class VA with 27 students and class VB with 28 students. The data analysis technique includes a normality test with a result of sig 0.111>0.05, indicating that the data is normally distributed. The homogeneity test yielded sig 0.109>0.05, indicating that the data is homogeneous. Then the statistical test shows tcount 9.321 > ttable 2.005.So, this proves that Hₒ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted, which states that "team quiz learning has an effect on improving the learning motivation of class V at SD Negeri 106161 Laut Dendang.”
