This study aims to review various literatures related to the use of digital teaching media in improving critical thinking skills in science subjects for elementary school students. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, scientific articles from 2020-2025 are analyzed based on relevance and feasibility criteria to determine the effectiveness of various digital media, such as animated videos, flipbooks, PBL e-modules, and other interactive media. The review results show that digital teaching media are able to develop students' critical thinking skills significantly contributing to the improvement of students' critical thinking skills such as analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of information. This finding confirms that the integration of educational technology in science learning is an effective strategy in facing the challenges of 21st century education. This research is expected to provide insights and recommendations for teachers in choosing the right learning media to improve the quality of basic education in Indonesia.
