This study aimed to develop an interactive digital learning media called PESTA (Energy Changes Around Us) using Articulate Storyline 3 for fourth-grade IPAS material in elementary school. The development adopted the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation at an elementary school in Tasikmalaya. PESTA was designed to address students' difficulties in understanding energy change concepts due to the lack of contextual and interactive visual media. The media integrates simulations, videos, animations, and educational games. Validation by media, content, pedagogy experts, and users showed feasibility above 85%. A limited trial involving 22 students yielded an average score of 89.5%, while a wider trial with 44 students reached 92%. These findings indicate that PESTA is highly feasible and effective in supporting students’ understanding of energy change concepts in IPAS learning.
