Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a fundamental role in shaping the character and morality of students, particularly in Vocational High Schools (SMK) that focus on developing specific skills. This article presents the results of a qualitative study on the PAI curriculum and its development at SMK Telkom Purwokerto, an institution focused on information and communication technology. This research aims to deeply describe the implementation, development, and challenges in integrating PAI values with vocational competencies to form students' character who are integrated, ethical, and religious amidst technological advancements. The research findings indicate that the development of the PAI curriculum at SMK Telkom Purwokerto is carried out through the integration of Islamic values in vocational subjects, the use of innovative project-based and technology-based learning methods, religious habituation programs, and collaboration with various parties. This approach significantly contributes to achieving PAI's objectives in producing graduates who are not only technically competent but also possess noble character.
