<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management policy of primary education implemented at SDN 33 Rawang Barat, Padang City, and to identify the challenges faced by the school in the implementation of these policies. A qualitative approach with an empirical study was used, collecting data through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document studies. The findings indicate that the primary education management policy implemented at SDN 33 Rawang Barat faces several challenges, such as limited funding, inadequate facilities, and the lack of ongoing training for teachers. While efforts have been made to improve the quality of education through flexible policies, the implementation is still hindered by limited resources. Therefore, the management of education at this school requires more attention in aspects such as budget allocation, facility development, and teacher training. This study recommends strengthening parental and community involvement and improving financial management to enhance the quality of education in the future.]]>
