<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of planning and organizing in the management of the Gorontalo Provincial Archaeological Museum. The focus of the research includes exhibition planning, staff task distribution, committee formation, budget management, and strategies to overcome facility limitations. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, combining observation, structured interviews, and documentation as the main data sources. The results show that the museum has applied planning and organizing systematically and continuously. Planning includes determining exhibition themes, arranging display spaces, and implementing educational strategies, while organizing involves staff task allocation, internal coordination, and collaboration with external parties. Routine evaluation of activities serves as an important mechanism to improve service quality and visitor experience. The study concludes that effective planning and organizing are key factors in the museum’s success in achieving its strategic goals and contributing positively to cultural preservation. ]]>
