Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Movement program, analyze its effectiveness in preventing bullying between students, and identify obstacles encountered in its implementation. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of the principal, homeroom teachers, and students in grades IV, V, and VI at SDN 1 Kelayu Selatan. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the child-friendly school program at SDN 1 Kelayu Selatan was implemented well and had a positive impact on changing student behavior. Students became more caring, appreciated differences, and were able to control their emotions when interacting with peers. The school environment also becomes safer, more inclusive, and more comfortable for all students. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program gerakan sekolah ramaha anak (SRA), menganalisis efektivitasnya dalam mencegah perundungan antar siswa, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, guru wali kelas serta siswa-siswi kelas IV, V dan VI di SD Negeri 1 Kelayu Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program sekolah ramah anak di SD Negeri 1 Kelayu Selatan terlaksana dengan baik dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perubahan perilaku peserta didik. Peserta didik menjadi lebih peduli, menghargai perbedaan, serta mampu mengendalikan emosi dalam berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya. Lingkungan sekolah juga menjadi lebih aman, inklusif, dan nyaman bagi seluruh peserta didik.
