ABSTRAKMARWAN RIYADI, Koordinasi Dalam Usaha Meningkatkan EfektivitasKerja Petugas Lapangan( Studi Status Di Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PekerjaanUmum Kabupaten Kutai Timur, dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dra.Hj. Nanik Pujiastuti,M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I dan bapak Drs. Damai Damai, M.Si sebagaiPembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian iniada tujuan Umum dan tujuan khusus, Untukmengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variable koordinasi dengan variableEfektivitas Kerja Petugas Lapangan Di Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PekerjaanUmum Kabupaten Kutai Timur, untuk memecahkan masalah yang telah penuliskemukakan sebelumnya dan untuk menguji menguji kebenaran hipotesis apakahdapat diterima atau ditolak.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis data tersebut diatasmaka diperoleh harga rs hitung sebesar 0,578 yang ternyata lebih besar apabiladibandingkan dengan harga tabel rs teoritis (table harga-harga kritis rs) padatingkat kepercayaan 95% untuk N = 26 yaitu :0.329. berarti terdapat pengaruhantara variabel Koordinasi terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Petugas Lapangan DiBidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut diatas, maka diperoleh harga thitung/empiris yang ternyata lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan harga Tabel t(harga-harga kritis t) pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% untuk N – 2 (26 – 2) = 24yaitu : 3,468 ≥ 1,711. Berarti hipotesis yang penulis kemukakan dapat diterimakebenarannya yaitu : “Jika koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan ditingkatkan,maka efektivitas kerja petugas lapangan cenderung akan meningkat pula”.Kata Kunci : Koordinasi, Efektivitas Kerja Petugas Lapangan ABSTRACTMARWAN RIYADI, Coordination Working Effectiveness In ImprovingBusiness Field Officers (Study Status In Officers in the Field of Public WorksBureau of Highways East Kutai, under the guidance of Mrs. Dra.Hj.
