This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the productivity of female employees at UPT RSUD Haji Makassar. Type this research is quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The study involved 87 respondents who were female employees at UPT RSUD Haji Makassar, selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results show that work-life balance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction each have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of female employees. Furthermore, simultaneously, all three variables have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of female employees at UPT RSUD Haji Makassar. These findings indicate that a balanced work and personal life, strong organizational commitment, and high job satisfaction play an important role in improving the productivity of female employees in the hospital environment.
