Natural Growth Promotor (NGP) menjadi trend penggunaannya pada broiler setelah ada pelarangan penggunaan Antibiotic Growtg Promotor (AGP). Bawang Dayak (Eleutherine bulbosa) merupakan tanaman herbal kandidat NGP. Penggunaan pada broiler non vaksin untuk memastikan potensi imunomodulator sebagai NGP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi immunomodulator nanoherbal Bawang Dayak sebagai NGP terhadap aktivitas Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), kadar Malondialdehid (MDA), dan jumlah eritrosit broiler non vaksin. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 100 ekor broiler non vaksin. Perlakuan ada 5 yaitu P0 : kontrol negative ; P1: kontrol positif (broiler divaksin+vitamin) ; P2: pemberian nanoherbal bawang dayak 1% ; P3 : 2%; P4 : 3%. Masing-masing perlakuan mempunyai 4 ulangan. Perlakuan diberikan pada broiler umur 15 hari selama 21 hari. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dilanjutkan uji BNT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Nanoherbal Bawang Dayak berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap aktivitas SOD, MDA, dan eritrosit. Aktivitas SOD tertinggi perlakuan P4 (26,11 ± 2,48 ng/ml), kadar MDA terendah pada P4 (6,45 ± 0,49 mmol/ml), dan jumlah eritrosit terendah pada P4 (6.35 ± 0.12× 10¹²/L). Dayak Onion (Eleutherine bulbosa) is a candidate herbal plant for use as an NGP. Its use in unvaccinated broilers aims to assess its immunomodulatory potential as an NGP. This study aims to analyze the immunomodulatory potential of Dayak Onion nanoherbal extract as an NGP on Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity, Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, and red blood cell count in unvaccinated broilers. The research method was quantitative, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The study was conducted on 100 unvaccinated broilers. There were five treatments: P0: negative control; P1: positive control (vaccinated broilers + vitamins); P2: administration of 1% Dayak Onion nanoherbal; P3: 2%; P4: 3%. Each treatment had four replicates. The treatments were administered to 15-day-old broilers for 21 days. Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by the BNT test. The results showed that the administration of Dayak Onion Nanoherbal had a highly significant effect (P<0.01) on SOD activity, MDA levels, and erythrocyte count. The highest SOD activity was observed in treatment P4 (26.11 ± 2.48 ng/ml), the lowest MDA level was in P4 (6.45 ± 0.49 mmol/ml), and the lowest erythrocyte count was in P4 (6.35 ± 0.12 × 10¹²/L). The conclusion is that Dayak Onion Nanoherbal has the potential as an NGP in non-vaccinated broilers at an optimal dose of 3%.Keywords: Nanoherbal, Dayak Onion, NGP, Broiler, Non-vaccinated
