This study aims to determine the effect of the Game-Based Learning model on improving physical fitness of class X students of Madrasah Aliyah in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) learning. This research method uses an Experiment with a One Group pretest-posttest Design. The subjects of this study were 20 class X students of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Fatah Cileungsi. The data collection instrument used the Indonesian Student Health Test (TKSI) fade E-F for ages 16-19 years. The results of the pair sample T-Test showed a significant increase in the aspects of endurance and agility after being given treatment. The conclusion of this study is that the Game-Based Learning learning model is effective in improving students' physical fitness. These findings recommend the application of game-based learning in PJOK to improve students' physical fitness.
