The purpose of this study is to find out the description of work family conflict experienced by employees with working partners. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher uses a descriptive quantitative research method, namely by providing an overview of work family conflict among employees and working partners in terms of the general work family conflict aspect, an overview of each aspect, and also a description of the work family. conflict in terms of gender. The data collection tool used is using a scale taken from the Work Family Conflict aspect proposed by Greenhaus & Beutell (1985), namely time-based conflict, strain-based conflict, & behavior-based conflict. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it was found that. overall, work family conflict that occurs in working couples is in the low category, namely as much as 54.8%. Meanwhile, in terms of gender, it shows that women have a greater tendency to experience work family conflict than men, namely 54.6%: 37.5%. Meanwhile, the categorization based on each aspect was found in the time-based aspect in the moderate category at 46.1%, the strain-based aspect in the medium category, and the behaviorbased aspect in the low category at 53. 8%.
