Kebuh Teh Jamus Agrotourism is a tourist attraction located on the slopes of Mount Lawu, precisely in Girikerto Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. The aim of this research is to test and analyze partially or simultaneously the facilities, promotion and destination image on the decision to visit the Jamus tea plantation agrotourism using quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis tests consisting of simple regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests, and R square tests. The research results show that: 1) Facilities have a partial influence on the decision to visit, obtaining a significance value of 0.040 < 0.05. 2) Promotion has a partial effect on the decision to visit, obtaining a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. 3) The destination image partially influences the decision to visit, obtaining a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. 4) Simultaneously, facilities, promotions and destination image influence the decision to visit. Proven by the f test, the value of F_count > F_table (85,082 > 2.70), so that H_04 is rejected and H_α4 is accepted and the coefficient of determination (R square) is 72.7% and the remaining 27.3% is influenced by other factors.
