This study aims to determine the application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and to improve student learning outcomes in the Science and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject for third-grade students at SDN Merjosari 3, Malang City. This research utilized the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting The subjects of this study were 28 third-grade students. Data collection techniques included observation, learning outcome tests, interviews, and documentation. The results indicated that the implementation of the PjBL model significantly improved student learning outcomes. This was evidenced by the increase in student learning mastery from 64.3% in the pre-cycle to 71.43% in Cycle I, further rising to 82.29% in Cycle II. This improvement demonstrates that the PjBL model effectively enhances student engagement and understanding during the learning process. Consequently, the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model serves as an effective instructional alternative to improve learning outcomes in IPAS for third-grade students at SDN Merjosari 3, Malang City
