This study aims to describe the role of the school committee in the procurement of learning facilities and infrastructure for Early Childhood Education at TK As Adiyah Lompengeng, to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the school committee’s role, and to analyze the efforts made by the school committee to overcome obstacles in the procurement process.This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, teachers, school committee members, and representatives of parents.The results of the study indicate that the role of the school committee in the procurement of learning facilities and infrastructure at TK As Adiyah Lompengeng has been carried out well. As an advisory body, the committee is involved in providing suggestions and input on various school program plans. As a supporting body, it contributes both ideas and efforts. As a controlling body, it participates in monitoring the implementation of school programs. As a mediator, it bridges the interests of the community, parents, and the school effectively. However, several inhibiting factors were identified, including the lack of parental participation, differences in interests among stakeholders, and limited trust in the school committee.
