In the midst of the digital revolution, Citizenship Education (PKn) has a strategic role in shaping the character of students through internalizing the values of tolerance and anti-bullying. This study shows that contextual, participatory, and integrated PKn learning with students' digital lives can foster an attitude of mutual respect, social justice, and the courage to reject violence. Active contributions from teachers, family participation, and community involvement are important pillars in forming an educational environment that is rich in values and continues sustainably. Instilling these values is not just a response to the development of the times, but also a strategic effort to shape the character of the future generation. The integration of these values not only answers the challenges of the times, but also equips the younger generation with media ethics and civic responsibility.
