Education for students with special needs requires learning and assessment tailored to their individual characteristics and abilities. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning and assessment for students with special needs at the PGRI Trimulyo Special Needs School (SLB). This study used a qualitative approach with observation and interview methods. The subjects were SLB teachers, while the objects of study included the learning and assessment processes of students with special needs. Data collection techniques included observations of classroom learning activities and interviews with teachers. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that learning at SLB PGRI Trimulyo is implemented flexibly, adapting to the students' abilities and conditions. Learning assessments are simple and adaptive, emphasizing the development of students' basic abilities, independence, and social skills. Learning and assessments focus not only on academic aspects but also on the emotional and social aspects of students with special needs.
