Religious moderation is an important concept in maintaining harmony within diverse societies, especially in Indonesia, which is characterized by a wide diversity of ethnicities, religions, races, and cultures. This study aims to analyze the concept of religious moderation from an Islamic perspective and its integration into fiqh learning. The research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach by examining various literature sources such as the Qur'an, hadith, books, and scientific journals relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that religious moderation in Islam is known as the concept of wasathiyah, which emphasizes balance, justice, and the avoidance of extremism in understanding and practicing religious teachings. The integration of moderation values in fiqh learning can be implemented through the cultivation of tolerance, respect for differences of opinion, and a contextual understanding of Islamic law. Therefore, fiqh learning is expected to shape students into individuals who possess moderate religious attitudes, are tolerant, and are able to live harmoniously within a pluralistic society.
