AbstrakPosyandu sebagai layanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat sangat ditentukan oleh peran kader, termasuk dalam kemampuan self management. Namun, hasil observasi di Desa Purwosekar menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kader belum pernah memperoleh pelatihan terkait self management, sehingga berisiko menurunkan efektivitas pelayanan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam mengelola kegiatan posyandu secara mandiri, terarah, dan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan penerapan Posyandu Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP). Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi kesehatan, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan pelatihan penerapan self management. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 18–20 November 2025 di Balai Desa Purwosekar dengan melibatkan 37 kader kesehatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan meningkat dari 72,1 (baik) menjadi 92,79 (sangat baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 28,7%, dan seluruh kader berada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik. Selain itu, kemampuan penerapan self management mayoritas berada pada kategori baik (35,90%) dan sangat baik (51,28%), serta seluruh kader mampu menerapkannya dalam pelayanan posyandu secara mandiri tanpa pendampingan. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kader dan berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: kader Kesehatan; posyandu; self management. Abstract Posyandu as a community-based health service is highly determined by the role of cadres, including in self-management skills. However, observations in Purwosekar Village indicate that all cadres have never received training related to self-management, thus risking reducing service effectiveness. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres in managing Posyandu activities independently, directed, and sustainably in accordance with the implementation of the Integrated Primary Service (ILP) Posyandu. The methods used include health education, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and training in self-management implementation. The activity was carried out on November 18–20, 2025 at the Purwosekar Village Hall, involving 37 health cadres. The evaluation results showed an average knowledge score increased from 72.1 (good) to 92.79 (very good) with an increase of 28.7%, and all cadres were in the good and very good categories. Furthermore, the majority of cadres' self-management skills were in the good (35.90%) and very good (51.28%) categories, and all cadres were able to implement it independently in integrated health post (Posyandu) services without assistance. This activity has proven effective in increasing cadre capacity and has the potential to become a sustainable empowerment model.
