AbstrakSMA Istiqomah Muhammadiyah Boarding school, Samarinda memiliki aktivitas warga sekolah 24 jam. Kegiatan belajar mengajar pada jam seklah dan aktivitas keagamaan serta aktivitas harian siswa asrama. Kondisi sanitasi ruangan pembelajaran, ibadah, dapur, laundry dan toilet untuk Mandi, Cuci, Kakus (MCK) perlu diperhatikan sanitasinya untuk menjaga kesehatan warga. Tingginya intensitas penggunaan fasilitas sanitasi menuntut penerapan sanitasi berkelanjutan serta Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) secara konsisten. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa terhadap sanitasi berkelanjutan serta mengevaluasi kondisi lingkungan fisik sekolah dalam mendukung penerapan konsep sekolah sehat dan ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMA Istiqamah Muhammadiyah Boarding School, Samarinda, dengan melibatkan 20 siswa sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi edukasi sekolah sehat dan sanitasi berkelanjutan, pengukuran suhu, kelembapan, dan pencahayaan pada beberapa ruangan utama sekolah, pembentukan kader sekolah sehat, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa pada seluruh indikator meningkat dari 79% menjadi 93%. Peningkatan sikap siswa terhadap sanitasi berkelanjutan juga meningkat dari 80% menjadi 88%. Hasil pengukuran lingkungan fisik menunjukkan bahwa suhu ruangan 100% Memenuhi Syarat (MS) dan kelembaban 100% Tidak Memenuhi Syarat (TMS). Pencahayaan ruangan menunjukan hasil sebesar 30% ruangan Memenuhi Syarat (MS) berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2018. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi edukasi dan pendampingan sanitasi berkelanjutan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa sadar akan sanitasi berkelanjutan serta dapat menjadi dasar perbaikan kondisi parameter fisik lingkungan sekolah menuju terciptanya sekolah yang sehat, nyaman, dan ramah lingkungan. AbstractSenior High School Istiqomah Muhammadiyah Boarding School, Samarinda has 24-hour school community activities. Teaching and learning activities during school hours and religious activities as well as daily activities of boarding students. The sanitation conditions of learning rooms, worship, kitchen, laundry and toilets for Bathing, Washing, and Toileting (MCK) need to be considered to maintain the health of residents. The high intensity of use of sanitation facilities requires the consistent implementation of sustainable sanitation and Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). This community service activity aims to improve students' knowledge and attitudes towards sustainable sanitation and evaluate the condition of the school's physical environment in supporting the implementation of the concept of a healthy and environmentally friendly school. The activity was carried out at Istiqomah Muhammadiyah Boarding School, Samarinda, involving 20 students as participants. The implementation method includes education on healthy schools and sustainable sanitation, measuring temperature, humidity, and lighting in several main rooms of the school, forming healthy school cadres, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in student knowledge in all indicators, increasing from 79% to 93%. The increase in students' attitudes towards sustainable sanitation also increased from 80% to 88%. The results of physical environmental measurements show that the room temperature is 100% Meets Requirements (MS) and humidity is 100% Does Not Meet Requirements (TMS). Room lighting shows results of 30% of the room Meets Requirements (MS) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2018. This activity proves that sustainable sanitation education and mentoring interventions are effective in increasing students' knowledge and attitudes of awareness of sustainable sanitation and can be the basis for improving the condition of the physical parameters of the school environment towards creating a healthy, comfortable, and environmentally friendly school.
