This study aims to explain the influence of digital-based modernization of Islamic education on the character formation, learning motivation, and spiritual intelligence of students at SMA IT Kota Mataram, both partially and simultaneously. This modernization is a response to technological developments that demand learning innovation without neglecting Islamic values. The study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire, with data collection techniques including surveys, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using multivariate regression tests. The results show that digital-based modernization of Islamic education has a significant effect on character formation (0.000 < 0.05), learning motivation (0.001 < 0.05), and spiritual intelligence (0.009 < 0.05). Simultaneously, its influence is also significant, with a value of 0.000 < 0.05. The implication is that the use of digital media in Islamic Religious Education learning is highly recommended because it can improve learning effectiveness, strengthen character, foster learning motivation, and develop students' spiritual intelligence more optimally and relevantly to the demands of the times.
