PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN ESTIMASI BIAYA KONSTRUKSI

Abstract

Satu diantara sekian variabel yang berdampak pada hasil belajar peserta didik adalah motivasi intrinsik, yang merupakan faktor internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan nilai peserta didik motivasi tinggi dan rendah. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dan desain penelitian quasi eksperimental. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yakni kelas XII DPIB 1 dengan 31 peserta didik dan kelas XII DPIB 2 dengan 34 peserta didik. Sampel didapatkan secara acak menggunakan teknik random assignment dan random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dan posttest. Fokus pengukuran hasil belajar tertuju pada kemampuan kognitif peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi KD 3.5 dan KD 3.6 yang mencakup spesifikasi teknis dan spesifikasi bahan pekerjaan konstruksi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dengan peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi rendah, dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,000) ? < 0,05. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, motivasi belajar, motivasi intrinsik. One of the variables that influence student learning outcomes is intrinsic motivation, which is an internal factor. This study aims to compare the learning outcomes of students with high motivation and low motivation. The approach used in this study is quantitative using experimental methods. The research design used is quasi-experimental. The study population consisted of two classes, namely class XII DPIB 1 with 31 students and class XII DPIB 2 with 34 students. Samples were taken randomly using random assignment and random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a questionnaire and posttest. The focus of measuring learning outcomes is on the cognitive abilities of students in the Estimation of Construction Costs KD 3.5 and KD 3.6 subjects which include technical specifications and specifications for construction work materials. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who had high motivation and students who had low motivation, with a significance level of (0.000) ? < 0.05.
