<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the impact of the implementation of Islamic boarding school (pesantren) values and educational systems on improving the quality of Human Resource Management (HRM) in society. Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, have a special focus on developing character, work attitudes, discipline, and leadership skills. To achieve this goal, the researcher used qualitative methods with a case study and phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with alumni of the Islamic boarding school, community leaders, and institutional leaders, supported by direct observation and analysis of the Islamic boarding school curriculum. Data were analyzed through a process of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions to obtain in-depth and contextual interpretations. The main contribution of this study is to present a conceptual model of how combining spiritual values and independence from Islamic boarding schools can be an alternative solution to address moral and work attitude issues in the HRM sector. The results show that Islamic boarding school graduates have advantages in terms of work discipline, loyalty, problem-solving skills based on local traditions, and strong professional ethics (Value-Based HRM). Values such as istiqomah, riyadhah, and independence have been shown to be positively related to increased productivity and the quality of conflict management in the workplace.
