Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how the implementation of apparatus resource development at the Region XV Forest Area Stabilization Center improves performance. To determine the positive impact of developing apparatus resources and the factors inhibiting the development of apparatus resources at the Office of the Forest Area Stabilization Center for Region XV, Gorontalo Province. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the Implementation of Apparatus Resource Development at the Forest Area Stabilization Center for Region The positive impact of developing apparatus resources at the Office of the Forest Area Stabilization Center for Region (1) inadequate work experience of the apparatus; (2) ineffective human resource development; and (3) placement of apparatus work positions that do not match competency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the internal control system in budget management and what factors hinder the internal control system in budget management at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Gorontalo Province. This research uses a qualitative approach with an approach to the research object by extracting information according to the perceptions of researchers and informants and can develop according to the interactions that occur in the interview process. The research results show that several government internal control activities include performance reviews, human resource development, information system control, physical control of assets, determining performance measures, separation of functions, authorization of transactions and events, accurate and timely recording, limiting access to resources. , accountability for resources, and documentation of the internal control system. Apart from that, the inhibiting factors are power factors, institutional characteristics, compliance, budget, human resources, awareness, capabilities, facilities and infrastructure. The conclusion obtained in this research is that there is still a lack of commitment from the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Gorontalo Province to implement SPI in accordance with applicable regulations and from the results of the research conducted, researchers hope that the processinternalisationSPI needs to be supported by implementationhard control, For this reason, it is necessary to have supporting devices in the form ofStandard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Task Force (Satgas) for SPI implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the celebrant in improving the quality of marriage/reconciliation administration services. Apart from that, this research also wants to know what factors hinder the role of the celebrant in improving the quality of marriage/reconciliation administration services at the Religious Affairs Office in the North City District of Gorontalo City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This method attempts to describe or describe in detail or depth by exploring information from the interview process. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there are still many headmen who have not been able to carry out all the details of these activities well. Apart from that, there are still headmen who do not have a good grasp of the jurisprudence of munakahat and when they are asked for a legal fatwa, they are unable to take legal istinbat. So the leadership must select and assign tasks to the headmaster in accordance with the headman's proportions and profession, so that all the main tasks and details of his activities can be mastered and carried out well. It will also be directed to policy makers to ensure that future candidates for functional leaders truly have adequate basic competencies for a leader.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of operating expenses to net income at PT. Go Branch of Bank of North Sulawesi Gorontalo. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method, using a model of simple linear regression analysis and the source data used in this research is secondary data sources in the form of financial statements issued periodically through anual Report Bank of North Sulawesi Go to the period taken is In 2010 through 2014 in the city of Gorontalo. See the development of the banking world today, the bank is one of the financial institutions who were instrumental in the provision of funds or capital for society or the business world, with different types of loan products both employment and investment as well as other credit products. Based on the partial test results, showing that partial load operations do not significantly affect net income at PT. Go Branch of Bank of North Sulawesi Gorontalo. This is evidenced by the t value 0.385 is smaller than t table 3182 with significant levels biggest t 0726 whose value is greater than 0.05

Abstract

This research was conducted in the District Tapa Bolango Bone regency, with the aim of this study was to determine and analyze the Alert Village Policy Implementation in Developing Clean and Healthy Behavior in District Tapa Bone Bolango District and the factors inhibiting. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach, and use interartive models. The method of data collecting in this research is observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of policy such as government support, community support and socialization influence on the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS).  In realizing the implementation, the are several oftacles including a lack of health personnel, finanncing, infrastructure and society cultural factors. Therefore, the government is expected to provide policy support in increase the budget, improving health infrastructure and actively participate in the disemination of public awarness of the importence of a clean and healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of employee recruitment patterns on employee work effectiveness at the University of Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. The research approach used is Quantitative. The results of this study indicate that: Partially, recruitment patterns have a significant influence on employee work effectiveness. The t-count value obtained is 25,454 while the t-table is obtained with a value of 1,994, this means that the t-count is greater than the t-table. Thus the hypothesis that states that recruitment patterns partially have a significant effect on employee work effectiveness is proven; Partially, discipline has a significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The t-count value obtained is 25,454 while the t-table is obtained with a value of 1,994, this means that the t-count is greater than the t-table. Thus the hypothesis that discipline partially has a significant effect on employee work effectiveness is proven; Simultaneously, Recruitment Patterns and Discipline affect Employee Work Effectiveness. Based on the results of the comparison between Fcount and FTable where Fcount of 366.463 is greater than FTable of 3.12768, it can be interpreted that the Recruitment Pattern and discipline simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the effectiveness of Employee Work at the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo

Abstract

This research aims to describe and understand the management of Gorontalo Regency Regional Government Land and Building Assets in terms of their use and formulate strategies that can be implemented to optimize regional asset management in Gorontalo Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Based on the research results obtained, in general the management of regional property in the Gorontalo Regency Government through regional asset utilization activities has been carried out well, but there are still no certain parties, both private and private, in the form of leasing and borrowing for other forms. The BUMN/BUMD that were involved, apart from that, still found building land assets that had not been utilized, had not been certified and were in dispute. Strategic steps that can be taken by Regional Governments to Effectively Utilize Regional Assets are by carrying out inventory of goods and legal audits of regional asset utilization; creating a regional asset utilization system based on information technology (SIMA); carry out structural renewal and asset restructuring”. Suggestions or recommendations that can be put forward as a result of this research are to change the regional asset management paradigm by making assets one of the potential regional original income through joint activities involving all stakeholders (regional government, private sector and community).

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out and analyzing the magnitude of the influence of achievement motivation and awards together on the job satisfaction of lecturers at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. The research approach used is quantitative by collecting data through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research show that achievement motivation and rewards are consistent simultaneous or together have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The amount of contribution can be seen from the coefficient value multiple determination and the award for the conclusion of the research is: simultaneous Achievement Motivation and Rewards play a role in explaining the meaning of a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Thus the hypothesis which says that simultaneous achievement motivation and reward variables have a significant influence on job satisfaction, while the rest is influenced by other variables such as work environment and leadership style. It is recommended that leaders consider educational factors, skills and expertise of lecturers, balance in rewards, as well as increasing achievement motivation and appreciation for lecturer job satisfaction at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how development policies are implemented industrial plantation forests in increasing the productivity of industrial plantation forests in North Gorontalo Regency; what factors hinder the implementation of development policies industrial plantation forests in increasing the productivity of industrial plantation forests in North Gorontalo Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where primary data is obtained from interviews and research observations. The main instrument in the research is to see to what extent the implementation of industrial plantation forest development policies can increase the productivity of industrial plantation forests in North Gorontalo Regency, where interviews were conducted from September to November 2016. The results of this research show that there is a need to organize work area boundaries, realize the planting of staple crops and superior plants, administration of forest products and supervision and control. Minimizing inhibiting factors through encroachment on forest areas, land conflicts with local communities and illegal logging.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how political communication is between female legislative members in the Gorontalo Province DPRD and their involvement in politics as legislative members. This research is descriptive research with data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. The research results found that there were 28.8% female legislative members, almost in accordance with the provisions of the election law, a step forward compared to the previous number. Women legislative members in Gorontalo Province, get an added value because they can fight for one of the fields that was previously from Bureau to Service, so that their struggle in the courtroom is not just a figment, but has resulted in a struggle that is recognized by the majority of men, so that women's rights have been accommodated in decisions and agreements fought for by female legislative members in the Gorontalo Province DPRD. The conclusion that can be drawn from the research results is that female legislative members in the Gorontalo Province DPRD received support from the majority, and provided an increase in the number of seats previously available, so that the struggle for women's rights received better attention, from the Women's Empowerment Bureau to the Department Women's Empowerment, evidence of clarity in the work of female legislative members so far has begun to gradually progress towards maximum results, for the benefit of society.
