The purpose of this learning research was to improve the reading skills of third-grade students at SD Inpres Ajaobtomas, who were taught using posters. This study was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each cycle using posters. The subjects were 25 third-grade students. Data collection used observation and testes. The results showed that the implementation of posters had a positive impact on students’ reading skills. In the pretest, the average student score was 40.4, with 12% of students achieving the Minimum Competency (KKM). After the implementation of posters, there was an increase in scores on the, with the average student score reaching 61.08, with 25% achieving the KKM. In the second cycle, the average student score increased to 83.84, with 96% of student achieving the KKM. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of posters can improve the reading skills of third-grade students at SD Inpres Ajaobtomas.
