<![CDATA[Moral degradation gives rise to doubts in giving teenagers space to lead, giving rise to the assumption that the credibility of teenagers as young leaders needs to be questioned. By learning leadership, it is hoped that teenagers will be more able to control themselves as a way to become competent young leaders. The method used in reviewing the discussion is literature study. The literature used is a library that is related to the topic being discussed. One leadership teaching that can be used as a reference is Asta Brata. Asta Brata teachings are eight Hindu arts of leadership that refer to Hindu Gods. The impact that leadership teachings have on the lives of teenagers, especially in the social life of society, includes having emotional intelligence and being able to control oneself, being able to make mature decisions according to circumstances, and being able to be respected and trusted by the wider community. As an effort to foster leadership in teenagers, Tri Guru has a very important role. These Tri Guru or Tri Kang Sinanggeh Guru will interact directly with the child. The efforts that the Tri Kang Sinanggeh Guru can make include: being a role model, establishing closeness with the child, being fair, and leaving colonial education behind.]]>
