This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in the Marketing Division of PT Naturindo Surya Niaga. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 133 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that Work-Life Balance, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.
