This community service program aims to improve the quality of community Qur'an reading through tahsinul Qur'an guidance activities in Suboh Village, Suboh District, Situbondo Regency. This activity is motivated by the continued difficulty found in reading the Qur'an according to the correct rules of tajweed. The community service program is carried out routinely after each Maghrib prayer at the Misbahul Hidayah Mosque and Al-Barokah Mosque by implementing a participatory approach. The methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation, with data sources in the form of primary and secondary data, and analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The implementation of guidance is focused on introducing the basics of tajweed, understanding makhraj and the nature of letters, as well as the application of reading rules such as idgham, ikhfa, qalqalah, and mad. The learning process is carried out through direct practice with intensive guidance and continuous reading correction. The results of the activity show an increase in the participants' Qur'an reading ability, both in terms of the accuracy of letter pronunciation and reading fluency. Furthermore, this activity also raises public awareness of the importance of reciting the Quran according to the rules of Tajweed and strengthens social interaction and a sense of togetherness among residents. Thus, this tahsinul Qur'an guidance has a significant positive impact and has the potential to become a model for sustainable community service in the field of Quranic literacy.
