This study aims to analyse the internal and external factors that influence the implementation of educational quality at Telukan 02 State Primary School in Sukoharjo Regency using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis approach. The results of the analysis show that the school's main strengths lie in community support, sufficient teaching staff, and excellent extracurricular activities. The weaknesses identified include limited infrastructure, teachers' digital skills, and lack of school promotion. Opportunities arise from the increasing public interest in public schools and the potential for collaboration with nearby kindergartens. The main threats include competition with leading schools and changes in education policy. These findings provide a strategic basis for improving education quality based on local excellence and community collaboration.
