<![CDATA[This paper reports on a community service program designed to enhance students' and early-career professionals' understanding of intelligent supply chain performance measurement. The workshop was undertaken on 26 November 2022, with anticipation of increased demand for skills and competency in lean, agile, sustainable, and digitally enabled supply chains. It utilized qualitative and quantitative performance measures, intelligent supply chain, and Industry 4.0. The program developed an interactive learning strategy based on lectures, case studies, and feedback. Evaluations conducted by participants indicated a significant increase in knowledge, with over 85 percent reporting an increased readiness to use performance measurement frameworks. Overall, the results indicate that this approach is scalable for more community engagement and can assist in developing a sustainable workforce for an innovative-ready supply chain.]]>
