This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Cakranegara Sharia Pawnshop. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population in this study was 44 employees, with a sampling technique using the census method, so that the entire population was used as respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires, while data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a statistical program. The research results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, simultaneously compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Cakranegara Sharia Pawnshop. This shows that the better the compensation provided and the higher the employee's work motivation, the level of employee job satisfaction will also increase.
